Casa particular "Villa Elisa" is located one block of the main square, Calixto Garcia.
The house has three floors of which 2 newly constructed rooms on the third floor are rented out. The rooms have a shaded terrace under lush plant coverage and a panoramic view of the city from the balconies.
The rooms have air-conditioning, en suite bathrooms, hot and cold water 24/7. There is a refrigerator, a radio and television set in each room.
The rooms are well ventilated with large doors and windows allowing the air to flow in freely.
One room has 2 beds (l personal and 1 double bed ) and the other room just one double bed. Each room also has a table and 2 chairs
On the first floor there is living room and sitting room at the disposal of the guests where they can have a drink, coffee, play some games or simply sit to talk.
The house is clearly marked by an illuminated sign at the front of the house that says:
"Villa ELISA, ROOM FOR RENT"
